Man allegedly tells police he's 'Joker'

Authorities say an Eagan man being arrested for disorderly conduct allegedly made references to the Joker and the Colorado theater shooting suspect while threatening to kill police and his neighbors.

So prosecutors charged 56-year-old Thomas Michael Casper last week with one count of terroristic threats. He remained jailed Monday in lieu of $80,000 bail.

Police went to Casper's home last Tuesday on a report of loud music. According to the complaint, as Casper was being put into a squad car, he said he was ``The Joker'' and yelled at neighbors: ``I'm coming back. You guys are done.'' On the way to jail, he allegedly threatened officers and said he should have dyed his hair orange.

He told police he has nothing going for him because his house is in foreclosure.
