Mpls. police arrest assault suspect
This unidentified man was arrested Thursday as a suspect in the sexual assault of a Minneapolis woman early Saturday morning. The victim said she believes her assailant followed her off a bus she was riding, forced her into an isolated area and assaulted her. The victim has identified this man, who was photographed by a surveillance camera on the bus, as her assailant.

Minneapolis police have arrested a man suspected of sexually assaulting a 33-year-old woman Saturday near Powderhorn Park.
Police apprehended the man Thursday morning at a north Minneapolis residence without incident. Authorities say the arrest stemmed from a tip they received after releasing a photo of the suspect Wednesday.
MPR News is not naming the suspect because he has not been charged.
