The International Wolf Center in Ely, Minn. is suggesting a new wolf sanctuary as a middle ground for preserving the wolf population and survival.

Nancy Gibson, co-founder of the International Wolf Center, will join The Daily Circuit Tuesday Feb. 26 to discuss the plan. She joined the board in 1987 and poured her energy into raising the necessary funds to build the Center from the Minnesota state Legislature and private sources.
