These maps show how the city of Rochester, Minn., is planning for expansion over the next several years. The Mayo Clinic is proposing to invest billions of dollars in its Rochester flagship campus over the next 20 years to make it into a "Destination Medical Center." That plan relies on major improvements to the city's infrastructure and amenities, to make it more attractive to potential employers and out-of-town patients.
