Minneapolis-St. Paul International Film Festival kicks off this week
The Minneapolis-St. Paul International Film Festival kicks off Thursday night at the St. Anthony Main Theatre in Minneapolis.
This year's festival features more than 200 films from 65 countries, including a number of Minnesota-made features, shorts and music videos.
Some of the highlights of this year's lineup, according to our Cube Critics Euan Kerr and Stephanie Curtis:
"Caesar Must Die," a quasi-documentary about a production of Shakespeare's "Julius Caesar" inside a men's prison in Rome:
"What Maisie Knew," a contemporary adaptation of the 1897 novel by Henry James:
"The Angel's Share," a Scotch heist movie set in Scotland and directed by Ken Loach:
