OHE Twitter conversation on college finance today

TWEET YOUR WAY TO COLLEGE SAVINGS

The Minnesota Office of Higher Education in conjunction with Minnesota Financial Literacy Month will be hosting a Twitter conversation on April 10th, 2013 at 1PM.

The conversation will cover many topics, including: financing your education, how to approach student loans and spending your money wisely while in college.

To join the conversation:

  1. Follow us on Twitter @MNOfficeHiEd.

  2. Tweet us your financial literacy questions during our event time.

  3. Post a tip for saving money in college of your own using the hashtags #FinLitMN and #Ways2Save.

  4. Finally, get your friends involved, share the conversation and let others know about all the good information that will be available.

We will answer questions and post tips that will range from managing loan payments while responsibly borrowing money to creative ways to save money during the tuition-time woes and even special money saving tricks that are available on specific college campuses.
