House vote pending on same-sex marriage bill

Legislation to legalize same-sex marriage in Minnesota has cleared its last committee in the state House, according to an MPR report, and a vote on the House floor is set for Thursday.

Only one GOP lawmaker has said that he will vote in favor of the legislation, and its passage may hinge on whether it can attract additional Republican support.

MPR political reporter Tom Scheck joins The Daily Circuit to talk about who's likely to vote yes, who's likely to vote no and who's on the fence.
