"With the Mayo Clinic poised to grow its footprint in southeastern Minnesota over the next 20 years, there's renewed discussion on a proposed high-speed passenger rail service between the Twin Cities and Rochester," writes MPR News reporter Elizabeth Baier on the Statewide blog.
