After selling a few bunches of asparagus, farmer Yee Xiong restocks her display Saturday, June 1, 2013 at the Mill City Farmers Market in Minneapolis. Xiong has an organic farm in Rosemount. Her spring vegetable selection included asparagus, green onion and rhubarb.
