Mark Weber, the author and retired Army officer whose interview aired last week on The Daily Circuit, died Thursday.
"I'm a believer that you've got a candle," he told host Tom Weber. "It's going to burn whether you do something with it or not. It's going to burn down to the base. So how do you want to burn it?"
