New research from the University of Minnesota has found that eating breakfast daily could help reduce the risk of developing type 2 diabetes.
Andrew Odegaard, who led the study for the university's School of Public Health, told the Star Tribune that the study did not examine the quality of breakfasts being eaten, but that he personally eats fruit and granola.
