A group of mayors from towns and cities along the Mississippi River will meet in St. Cloud this week. More than 50 mayors from towns as diverse as Natchez, Miss., and Bemidji, Minn., will discuss issues they have in common, including barge traffic, invasive species and water pollution. They also plan a trip to Itasca State Park.
