A doctor and professor at the University of Minnesota has created a new website called "Doctors Who Torture." Its founder, Dr. Steven Miles, says the site "characterizes the practices of countries as having systematic punishment of physicians who torture, punishment of a few token torture physicians or having a record of allowing physicians who abet torture complete impunity from punishment." Tom Weber talks with him about the site and its objectives.
