A woman has died while riding an amusement park roller coaster in North Texas.

Police records show the incident happened just after 6:30 p.m. Friday at Six Flags Over Texas in Arlington. A statement issued by park spokeswoman Sharon Parker says the woman died while on the Texas Giant roller coaster.
