Obama to address shutdown, health exchanges

President Obama will speak from the Rose Garden this morning about the government shutdown that began last night and today's launch of health insurance exchanges. He is expected to begin speaking at 11:25 a.m. Central time. The Daily Circuit plans to carry his remarks live.
