The Minnesota DNR and federal agencies will hold a third and final meeting tonight to gather public comments on the draft environmental impact statement for the proposed PolyMet copper-nickel mine in northeastern Minnesota.
Two earlier meetings were held in northern Minnesota. This one, at the St. Paul RiverCentre, starts with an open house at 5 p.m. Comments are scheduled to begin at 6:45.
Dan Kraker, an MPR News reporter based in Duluth, joins The Daily Circuit to discuss the controversial project.
