A special legislative state panel released a set of recommendations Wednesday to curb the use and distribution of synthetic drugs in Minnesota.

State Rep. Erik Simonson, DFL-Duluth, chairman of the Select Committee on Controlled Substances and Synthetic Drugs, joins The Daily Circuit to discuss combating synthetic drug use.
