Twin Cities Comedienne Jenn Schaal is terrible at making puns, but she appreciates people who are blessed by the pun gods. They tend to turn out in droves for the Twin Cities only pun slam, Pundamonium at Club Underground in Minneapolis. The next installment of that monthly punfest is Feb. 14, with a special "Sextravaganza Pundamonium" on Valentine's Day.

Minnesota Orchestra violist Sam Bergman reports that vocalist Carrie Henneman Shaw and pianist Daniel Rieppel will be sharing some intimate art songs in a salute to romance. The concert is entitled "Music About Love For Grown-ups." It will be performed Thursday, Feb. 13 at Southwestern State University in Marshall, Minn. at 7:30 p.m., and on Valentine's Day at Macphail Center for Music's Antonello Hall in Minneapolis at 6 p.m.
