Twin Cities Comedienne Jenn Schaal is terrible at making puns, but she appreciates people who are blessed by the pun gods. They tend to turn out in droves for the Twin Cities only pun slam, Pundamonium at Club Underground in Minneapolis. The next installment of that monthly punfest is Feb. 14, with a special "Sextravaganza Pundamonium" on Valentine's Day.

Cornwall England's Kneehigh Theatre is returning to the Guthrie Theater, and Christine Tschida, director of Northrop at the University of Minnesota, couldn't be more excited. Christine can't wait to see what Kneehigh, a company she says epitomizes what theater should be, does with its interpretation of Tristan & Yseult.

Minnesota Orchestra violist Sam Bergman reports that vocalist Carrie Henneman Shaw and pianist Daniel Rieppel will be sharing some intimate art songs in a salute to romance. The concert is entitled "Music About Love For Grown-ups." It will be performed Thursday, Feb. 13 at Southwestern State University in Marshall, Minn. at 7:30 p.m., and on Valentine's Day at Macphail Center for Music's Antonello Hall in Minneapolis at 6 p.m.
