A bill that would strengthen Minnesota's anti-bullying law has cleared a key hurdle at the State Capitol.
The state Senate passed the Safe and Supportive Minnesota Schools Act Thursday after more than six hours of debate. It's now headed to the House, where a similar measure passed last year.
