It's nice to see spring return in full force along Marquette Avenue in downtown Minneapolis today. This was not the first appearance of food trucks this year, but today looked a lot more like a typical summertime lunch hour.
According to Minneapolis city data, 54 food trucks have been licensed to operate so far this year, with several others going through the process. New on the street this year are Butcher Salt, King Taco and Juice So Good.
