Eyeing racial disparities, schools trying to cut down on suspensions

Rev. Paul Slack, pastor of New Creation Church in Minneapolis, heads up ISAIAH, a group of religious leaders, educators and parents concerned with economic and racial justice. Slack is urging school districts to stop using out-of-school suspension to punish students for non-violent offenses.
