The Minnesota Department of health reported a case of the measles in a Hennepin County child last week, part of a national increase, according to the CDC. And cases of mumps have been reappearing on college campuses this year, including as close as the University of Wisconsin in Madison. Dr. Jon Hallberg is a doctor in family medicine at the U of M, and he spoke with MPR News about these two ailments that are included in the same childhood vaccine.
