Kerri's book Pick of the Week is "The Bank of Fear," an early novel from Washington Post columnist David Ignatius.
Like most of his books, this is a spy thriller. The heroes are a computer analyst and a financial investigator searching for the embezzled billions of a dead Middle Eastern dictator. As for its espionage bona fides, the book got a ringing endorsement from William Colby, the now-deceased former director of the Central Intelligence Agency who called it a "great and gripping yarn."
