A judge has refused to review bail for a Moorhead, Minnesota, man accused in a Fargo homicide case.
Forty-six-year-old Arlen Clapper and his children, 19-year-old Alexander Clapper and 22-year-old Tamara Clapper, are charged in the March 14 stabbing death of 26-year-old Rolandas House in Fargo.
Bail for all three clappers was set at $1 million each.
A fourth defendant, 19-year-old Wade Garrett of Fargo, pleaded guilty to murder and was sentenced to 24 years in prison.
