Minnehaha Creek out of its banks in some areas due to heavy rain

On The Daily Circuit, we brought in local officials and took audience stories to get the latest on flooding in the state.

Telly Mamayek, communications director for the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District, said the creek was out of its bank in a number of areas in the Twin Cities.
