Minnehaha Creek out of its banks in some areas due to heavy rain

People in the Twin Cities woke up to thunder and torrential rain--and flash flooding June 19, 2014. It created dangerous driving conditions in some places. This street along W. 50th St. near Edina City Hall experienced flash floods.
