Clear your schedule, cat video fans: The Internet Cat Video Festival is headed back to the Twin Cities this week.

It's the third year for the popular festival, hosted this Thursday as part of the Walker Art Center's free Open Field series.

Last summer, the festival drew a crowd of roughly 10,000 to the grandstand at the Minnesota State Fair.

The Walker's event opens on the hill behind the museum at 6 p.m. Thursday — videos begin screening at dusk — and will be hosted by MPR News' Tom Weber. Admission is free. Food trucks, live music and other activities will be available. (More information)
