This Sunday, performance artist Seitu Jones is setting a table for 2,000 people along Victoria Street in St. Paul.
The sold-out event will offer a healthful dinner at a table that reportedly will be a half-mile long. Jones says the idea is to inspire a conversation about food equity, food justice and healthy eating.
We'll talk with Jones about his vision for the Sunday event and about fostering healthy food choices in low-income neighborhoods.
