The Minnesota Vikings are now 1-1 on the season. They lost to the New England Patriots 30-7 yesterday in their first home game at TCF Bank Stadium. The Vikings played without star running back Adrian Peterson.

Peterson was deactivated for the game after being indicted on charges of child abuse involving his four-year-old son. MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with Howard Sinker, a digital sports editor for the Star Tribune, about the situation.
