Last February, 26-year-old bicyclist Marcus Nalls was struck and killed by 50-year-old drunk driver John Iverson in Minneapolis. Iverson has since pleaded guilty to criminal vehicular homicide.

In this episode, a discussion of whether the punishment Iverson is seeking is too lenient, and what the community needs to do to better protect vulnerable cyclists.
