Today's Morning Edition music features Bob Dylan with his take on Paul McCartney's "Things We Said Today." 

Dylan is one of many prominent artists contributing to "The Art of McCartney," which comes out today. The album also features B.B. King, Willie Nelson, Chrissie Hynde, Brian Wilson and many others.  

The only Minnesota native on the album other than Dylan is Owatonna's Adam Young. Young, whose stage name is Owl City, performs a song from McCartney's Wings era.

"The Art of McCartney" is a compilation of 34 tracks by all-star musicians covering songs written by Sir Paul. The album comes out today.

Today's Morning Edition music is from Bob Dylan with his take on the Beatles song "Things We Said Today." Dylan is one of many prominent artists who have contributed songs to "The Art of McCartney," a tribute album to the former Beatle that comes out today.  The album also features B.B. King, Willie Nelson, Chrissie Hynde, Brian Wilson and many others.  The only Minnesota native on the album other than Dylan is Owatonna's Adam Young whose stage name is Owl City. He performs a song from the Wings era of McCartney's career.
