What Ferguson, Staten Island cases say about justice

Last week, Attorney General Eric Holder announced that he plans to bring reform to the Justice Department. The plan will specifically target profiling--a longstanding source of tension between the DOJ and community that has escalated in recent weeks following the grand jury results concerning Eric Garner and Michael Brown.

Sarah Hill, a founder of MN Second Chance Coalition and lobbyist for Capitol Hill Strategies, and Hennepin County Judge Kevin Burke join The Daily Circuit to talk about this reform.
