In this session, an inside look at the protests against police brutality in the Twin Cities.

The Counter Stories team talks with Anthony Newby, Executive Director of "Neighborhoods Organizing for Change," a Minneapolis-based voting rights and grassroots organizing group which has teamed up with "Black Lives Matter" in helping organize the protests.

We'll discuss the goals of the demonstrations or 'disruptions,' their multi-racial composition, and whether they represent a racial awakening in the country.
