Gov. Mark Dayton was sworn into office for a second term today at the Landmark Center in downtown St. Paul. Standing before an audience of several hundred people, Dayton pledged to make Minnesota what he called a "State of Education Excellence."
Also taking oaths of office were Lieutenant Gov. Tina Smith, Secretary of State Steve Simon, State Auditor Rebecca Otto and Attorney General Lori Swanson.
