Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker is scheduled to deliver a State of the State address Tuesday evening, the first of his second term.
The Republican governor may have a wider national audience than usual, after acknowledging he's considering a run for president in 2016. The governor has said he will talk about some "big ideas" in his address, but won't yet spell out a plan for solving the state's $2.2 billion budget shortfall.
Wisconsin Public Radio Reporter Shawn Johnson joins The Daily Circuit to preview the speech, and bring us up to speed on Wisconsin politics.
