Kerri's book Pick of the Week is the audio version of James Lee Burke's "Creole Belle." Actor Will Patton narrates and "makes it sound like a play," Kerri said.
The book, according to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, mixes Burke's "thoughts on how energy corrupts (the BP oil spill is a leitmotif), slavery white and more traditional, Nazi experiments, Medieval torture and modern weaponry, the connections between the underworld and the 1 percent that employs it, and the relationship between generations."
