Parched portions of Minnesota get precipitation
MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with University of Minnesota climatologist Mark Seeley about some much needed rain and snow that recently fell in dry parts of the state.
He said the forecast is for more chances of precipitation through the first couple of weeks in April.
