Guthrie's Joe Dowling looks back at his tenure

Joe Dowling has been the artistic director at the Guthrie Theater for 20 years. He's directing the Guthrie's current production of "Juno and the Paycock" and retiring this month.

Dowling spoke to MPR News' Tom Crann about the highlights and low-lights of his "hour on the stage," and his true passions.
