Today's Morning Edition music is from 50 years ago Tuesday, when Bob Dylan returned to the studio to continue work on his new song "Like a Rolling Stone."
On this day a new musician was on hand, a friend of producer Tom Wilson named Al Kooper.
Kooper more or less sneaked into the session and added an organ part even though he was really a guitar player.
He talked about the experience in the documentary "No Direction Home."
