'New heroine' of British folk music to play at Northrop

Today's Morning Edition music is from Olivia Chaney with "Blessed Instant," a song from her debut album "The Longest River."

She will be performing Wednesday night at Northrop on the University of Minnesota campus.

Chaney was classically trained at the Royal Academy of Music in London. In addition to singing, she plays the guitar, piano and harmonium.

Critics have been raving about her album, calling her the new heroine of British folk music.
