Ridwana Osman, 17, shaped the handle of a boat paddle, July 22, 2015 at Urban Boatbuilders in St. Paul. She is part of St. Paul's Right Track program, which provides internships and career development opportunities to local youth. Osman and eight other youth will spend seven weeks building canoe-style boats at Urban Boatbuilders.
