A new chief of the University of Minnesota police, Matt Clark, was officially sworn in this week. Clark is a 22-year veteran of the Minneapolis Police Department.
Clark discussed his goals as chief and goals for the police department as he steps into shoes filled for the last 12 years by former police chief Greg Hestness.
