Climate Cast: Responsible corporate citizens

This week General Mills announced a series of major steps it will take in the coming years to reduce its impact on the climate.

The steps include cutting carbon emissions 28 percent in the next decade by, among other things, investing $100 million in clean energy and energy efficiency for its facilities.

General Mills will also work with its suppliers to cut output of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases - including better management of dairy cattle.
