Today's Morning Edition music is from "Move It" by Cliff Richard, who turns 75 Wednesday.

The song came out in 1958 and is often considered Great Britain's first authentic rock and roll record.

John Lennon once said, "before Cliff Richard and the Shadows there was nothing worth listening to in British music."

In his 50-year career, Richard has sold more than 250 million records. He will celebrate his 75th birthday with a concert Wednesday night at London's Royal Albert Hall.
