Former Congressman Patrick Kennedy was the lead sponsor of the Mental Health Parity Act and he's written a new book about his, and his family's, experiences. Kennedy's book is titled "A Common Struggle: A Personal Journey Through the Past and Future of Mental Illness and Addiction." He spoke October 13, 2015 at the Westminster Town Hall Forum in Minneapolis.
