The number of Twin Cities road hassles drops considerably this weekend as Minnesota's orange cone season starts to wind down.

Even both sides of Minnesota Highway 100 will stay open.

While multiple closures remain in place around the Lafayette Bridge in St Paul, on Interstate 35E in St. Paul and Little Canada, and around Interstate 494 in Plymouth, there's only one major stretch shutting for the weekend, and that's in Chaska, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation.

Also, Minneapolis will close several downtown streets on Saturday to make way for the annual Zombie Pub Crawl event in the city's Warehouse District and to pave part of LaSalle Avenue.

Here are the rest of the weekend closure highlights.

Minnesota Highway 41, Chaska. Highway 41 between U.S. Highway 169 and 1st Street will close at 8 p.m. tonight until 5 a.m. Monday.

Minnesota Highway 52/Lafayette Bridge, St. Paul.The ramp from southbound I-35E to southbound Highway 52 is closed through early November 2015. There are many other closures in the area.

I-35E, St. Paul and Little Canada. There are many lane and ramp closures in the area, including the ramp from southbound I-35E to southbound Highway 52 and eastbound Interstate 94.
