The Minnesota Department of Transportation shuts down both lanes of Highway 100 tonight in the Twin Cities western suburbs. That'll be the most problematic of MnDOT's Halloween weekend road closures. Here's a look at some of the major hassles.
Highway 100 between Minnetonka-Golden Valley and Edina. Both directions of Highway 100 between Interstate 394 and Minnesota Highway 62 will close tonight starting at 9 p.m. through 5 a.m. Monday.
Interstate 35E in St. Paul, Little Canada. There are many lane and ramp closures in the area, including the ramp from southbound I-35E to southbound Minnesota Highway 52 and eastbound I-94.
Interstate 35W in Arden Hills, New Brighton. All ramps closed between I-35W and County Road 96 until early November. County Road 96 is closed between Old Highway 8 and Round Lake Road across I-35W.
