Snow arrives, then leaves for Halloween

MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with University of Minnesota climatologist Mark Seeley about snow that fell for the first time this season in much of Minnesota.

But he says mild weather returns and has a Halloween forecast that should allow most kids to skip the coat and show off their costumes while trick or treating.
