Authorities are investigating the death of a child found in a vehicle that struck a light pole in a St. Paul.
Police say the crash happened at about 11 a.m. Wednesday in Como Regional Park. The child and the driver were the only occupants of the vehicle. Their identities and relationship haven't been released.
Police spokesperson Steve Linders says investigators are trying to determine how the child died.
The driver was being treated for injuries that aren't considered to be life-threatening.
Linders says no arrests had been made in the case as of Wednesday.
