Lunds & Byerlys says it has withdrawn some of its Fresh All-Natural Brined Whole Turkeys because they did not meet the store's quality standards "as they had an off-odor."
The grocery chain said it's removed the turkeys from shelves, adding that it's had no reports of the turkeys being a health or safety risk.
The turkeys affected include:
• Lunds & Byerlys Fresh Brined Whole Turkey 10-14 lb., UPC 25222500000
• Lunds & Byerlys Fresh Brined Whole Turkey 14-16 lb., UPC 25221500000
• Lunds & Byerlys Fresh Brined Whole Turkey 16-20 lb., UPC 25222600000
• Lunds & Byerlys Fresh Brined Whole Turkey 20-24 lb., UPC 252216000000
Any customers who purchased the above products from Nov. 18 to 23 should return them to any Lunds & Byerlys for a full refund, the company said. Consumers with questions can call (952) 548-1400.
