Warm and dry in the forecast for Minnesota

MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with University of Minnesota climatologist Mark Seeley, who reviewed the weather in November.

It was the fourth warmest November in state history and the ninth wettest.

He also says it's going to be warmer than normal going forward in December.
